Looking for tips to elevate dip presentation on your boards? I’ve got you covered with 4 tips that will help level up your boards!!

𝐓𝐢𝐩 𝟏: 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬!
If you’re trying to make an aesthetically pleasing board, then 𝘥𝘰 𝘯𝘰𝘵, serve your dips in the plastic store bought containers.

For starters, It’s unclear who/what has touched those containers before it ends up in your fridge at home. I like to utilize every square inch of my boards therefore I don’t want my clean food touching nasty packaging germs.

Secondly, it looks a helluva lot better.

Lastly, it helps eliminates food waste. Only put out what you think you will use... you can always replenish!

𝐓𝐢𝐩 𝟐: 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐝𝐝 𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬!
When serving dips on boards, I like to work with odd numbers. Take this pic for example. I used 3 different dips to give people dipping options with their veggies!

𝐓𝐢𝐩 𝟑: 𝐒𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬!
Use different sized/shaped ramekins to add different textures. I used 3 completely different ramekins on this board, but you could use 3 of the same. Keep proportion in mind... you don’t want to take up half of the board with just ramekins.

Place the ramekins on the board first and build around them. Don’t group more than 3 together or it may look cluttered.

𝐓𝐢𝐩 𝟒: 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐢𝐩𝐬!
Just like any board, the last step is to garnish, but garnishing doesn’t stop with the board. Elevate the overall appearance of your board by garnishing your dips. I picked one ingredient that is in each of these dips to help garnish and identify the dips...

-Regular hummus garnish with olive oil, dash of paprika, roasted chick peas, and parsley.

-Everything bagel Greek yogurt dip garnished with everything bagel seasoning!

-Spicy feta dip garnished with extra feta cheese!

Don’t forget to take me in your leveled up veggie boards!! 🙌🏼

The star of this board was the street corn dip from #Aldi. 🙌🏼 I dressed it up with #Traderjoes Mexican street corn (comes frozen) and fresh cilantro. Add all your favorite things for dipping!

I can’t think of a better way to round out #EarthDay than with these @jello dirt cups. Did y’all know that @krogerco sells these @jello dirt kits? I like to add an extra layer of granola in the middle for some extra crunch.

And yes, I used plastic cups because my glass cups didn’t show the layers. #earthday 🫣

Capping off a warm weather weekend with some ice cream before dinner!🍦😋 Have y’all tried the new flavor at @graeters ??

Midnight Snack is a specialty ice cream composed of peanut butter cups, chocolate-covered pretzels and brownie pieces. I can attest that it tastes as good as it sounds. 🤤

Who is going to try it??

As of March 1st, the new flavor is available in scoop shops and Graeter’s online store. It will also be available in select grocery stores in April.

This roasted beet hummus deserves a moment! 💕

Sometimes when I post a whole board, the details get lost so let me highlight a couple of items on this board.

Garnishing dips and spreads makes them more inviting. I like to use different flowers and herbs. Pictured here is chamomile (edible as long as it’s from a trusted source) with some purple sprig filler (not edible) and eucalyptus leaves.
