An eggcellent egg bake recipe that’s perfect for

An eggcellent egg bake recipe that’s perfect for any brunch, shower, holiday, or even meal prepping. Even picky eaters like this one!

I got this friend from a friends mom at a bridal shower and have been making it ever since!

Ann’s Mom’s Chili Egg and Sausage Egg Bake:
1 log of Jimmy Dean’s hot sausage
10 - 12 eggs
1tsp salt
1 pint small curd cottage cheese
1 lb Monterey Jack cheese or a combo of different cheeses
1C diced green chilies

1. Brown sausage in pan. Drain grease and let cool. In a large bowl beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Add chilies last. If making the night before, add chills just before baking.
2. Butter 9x13 glass pan
3.Heat oven to 350°
4. Bake until top is light brown, about 45 to 50 minutes.
5. Add green onions for garnish. Serve with hot sauce. Enjoy!

-assorted fruit🫐🍓
- beef and cheese snack skewers 🧀
- tortilla roll ups
- granola bites (from Traded Joe’s)
- trail mix
- m&ms
-pretzels / yogurt covered pretzels
-cheddar cheese (⭐️cheese found at #Aldi)
-chocolate

POV: You and your friends have a lot to celebrate… 3 bdays, 3 babies, 1 move, and 3 teachers heading back into a new school year. Ain’t no pizza party like a BYOPizza party.🍕🥳

The rules? Everyone brings a pizza from a different place with different toppings and a container for leftovers.

Capped off the night with a homemade Deep Dish Monster Cookie Pizza for dessert to stick with the theme! 🤤

Creamy, cheesy and a little bit of spice. What else do you possibly need for a party dip? This 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝗽 is by far my most requested dip recipe.

I asked some of my best friends what they thought about this dip and here’s what they had to say...

What’s your stance on leftovers?? After a couple of nights of eating the same dinner, I need to switch things up. I repurposed the @skinnytaste Turkey Meatloaf into this 𝗟𝗲𝗳𝘁𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗳 𝗣𝗶𝘇𝘇𝗮! So easy, so tasty, and ready in exactly 2️⃣0️⃣ minutes! 😋

I normally make this pizza on mini naan rounds, but I’m out so I used a flatbread instead. It’s just as delicious and puts childhood bagel bites to shame. 🍕

If you don’t have leftover meatloaf laying around, frozen meatballs will work just as well.

Why choose between a salad and a board when you ca

Why choose between a salad and a board when you can make it both?

This panzanella salad board is perfect for stone fruit season. I shared 3 of my favorite bites, which one would you try first??

On this board:
+Base: Arugula and #traderjoes buttery croissant rosemary croutons
+ burrata
+ cherries 🍒
+ peaches 🍑
+ cherry tomatoes 🍅
+ prosciutto (I did a combo of ribbons and crumbled crispy prosciutto)
+Sprinkle with salt + pepper + hot pepper flakes
+Drizzle with olive oil
+Serve with balsamic glaze and/or pesto
+ toast up some crostini with olive oil and garlic powder to help achieve the tastiest bites
+ garnish with basil and oregano

***to serve this as an actual salad, I would slice smaller bites, serve in a bowl, and top with pulled pulled apart burrata.

Who else loves the Fourth of July?? 🙌🏼 This is my favorite week of the year!! 🎆 Nothing beats a long weekend of pool parties and fireworks with family and friends!

Here are some tips to make good ole classic American Flag cheese board of your own:

Start by making a square in the left corner using a mixture of blueberries and blackberries. Take a cookie cutter and cut out small stars using provolone (or any white) cheese.

Row 1: sliced strawberries
Row 2: yogurt pretzels
Row 3: red beet crackers from TJs
Row 4: Manchego cheese
Row 5: folded salami or pepperoni
Row 6: white cheddar cheese cubes
Row 7: fresh cherries

If you have a bigger platter, add more rows — odd numbers always work best.

Rotten bananas turned into easy protein cookies in just 20 minutes. Who is going to give these a try? I hope y’all go bananas for these cookies!

5 ingredient protein cookies:
-2 large or 3 medium bananas, mashed
-2 cups old fashioned oats
-1 scoop protein powder (I use vanilla)
-dark chocolate chips (generous handful)
-butterscotch chips (generous handful)

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes on a parchment paper or silpat mat lined baking sheet! That’s it! Enjoy!!
