Everything Soyaki Salmon

A healthy dinner made with just a few fresh ingredients in under twenty minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • chicken broth
  • 1 bag Cruciferous crunch Trader Joe's
  • olive oil extra virgin
  • Everything but the bagel sesame seasoning Trader Joe's
  • salmon
  • soyaki marinade Trader Joe's
  • 1 box Cous Cous
  • chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven 425 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil. Add cruciferous crunch. Drizzle with olive oil and generously sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Place salmon in a baking dish. Pour soyaki marinade over top and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Cook cous cous in a pot according to package. ** Tip: substitute low sodium chicken broth for water.
