Healthier Buffalo Chicken Dip
This Healthier Buffalo Chicken Dip will surely impress your guests and is completely guilt-free. Creamy, cheesy, and the perfect amount of spice. Grab your favorite veggies and cracker for dipping!
- 2 chicken breasts shredded
- 14 oz low sodium white beans drained and rinsed
- ½ cup water
- 1½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup Frank's hot sauce
- ½ cup green onion chopped and divided
- ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded and divided
- ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cook chicken. Shred and set aside.
Meanwhile add beans, water, and garlic powder to a food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, bean paste, greek yogurt, hot sauce, ¼ cup green onion, ¼ cup cheddar cheese, and ¼ blue cheese crumbles. Stir until fully mixed.
Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.
Remove from oven and garnish with remaining green onions. Serve with a mixture of freshly cut vegetables or blue corn tortilla chips for dipping.
