Pumpkin Spice Protein Bites
The ultimate easy, no-bake protein bites, perfect for a healthy snack or breakfast.
- 2 ½ cups old fashioned oats
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ scoop vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup nut butter
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.
Scoop 1 tablespoon of oat mixture and roll into a ball. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat until oat mixture is gone.
Refrigerate 30 minutes until protein bites harden.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
