Greek Tortellini Salad
Ready in just twenty minutes, this Greek Tortellini Salad is easy to make and filling to eat. The perfect side salad to take to any cookout, potluck, bbq or even serve at a baby/bridal shower.
- three cheese tortellini
- kalamata olives halved
- red onion chopped
- cucumber quartered
- cherry tomatoes halved
- feta cheese chopped
- Ken's Greek Dressing
- fresh parsley chopped
Cook three cheese tortellini according to the package. To speed up the cooling process, rinse the tortellini in cold water. Add tortellini to a large serving bowl.
Prepare red onion, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, olives, and feta cheese. Add to the bowl.
Gradually add Greek salad dressing and toss to coat.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
