Mini Blackberry Brie Pizzas
Crispy edges filled with gooey melted cheese, caramelized onions, and fresh tart blackberries. Finished off with a balsamic drizzle and some fresh thyme. These Mini Blackberry Brie Pizzas are perfect for any summer girls night or family dinner outside.

6 Stone fire Naan rounds 1 medium sweet onion 2 tbsp butter triple creme brie ½ cup blackberries ½ cup walnuts chopped Balsamic drizzle fresh thyme for garnish
Melt butter in a nonstick skillet and sauté onions approximately 15-20 minutes until onions are golden brown. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Place naan rounds on prepared baking sheet. Drizzle each round with olive oil.
Top with brie slices. Add caramelized onions, blackberries, and chopped walnuts to each naan round.
Place in preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh thyme sprigs. Enjoy!
