This Jarlsberg cheese dip is a mild, cold creamy dip that tastes delicious on top of any cracker. It's hard not to eat the whole recipe at once!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Jarlsberg cheese freshly grated
  • 2 tbsp red onion finely chopped
  • ⅓ cup mayo
  • dash garlic powder
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Grate the Jarlsberg cheese and place it in a medium sized bowl. Add finely chopped red onion and gently stir in mayo and garlic powder.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with crackers.
