The ultimate easy, no-bake protein bites, perfect for a healthy snack or breakfast. You can’t go wrong with this simple recipe. Plus, who can resist pumpkin flavored snacks this time of year? I certainly can’t!

These delicious little bites are great for keeping in the fridge for when you need something fast. The best part about this recipe is that it doesn’t require any fancy equipment – just a bowl and a spatula!

Pumpkin Spice Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups old fashioned oats
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup nut butter
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.
  • Scoop 1 tablespoon of oat mixture and roll into a ball. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat until oat mixture is gone.
  • Refrigerate 30 minutes until protein bites harden.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
