Kicking Taco Tuesday up a notch by making a TACO RING!
Do you have a recipe that instantly takes you back to your childhood? Well for me, this recipe does just that. Anytime my brother and I helped my mom plan dinners as we were growing up, taco ring was always requested. Our family was, and still is, obsessed with this easy, cheesy, homemade taco ring. Years later, when I bought my first house, I bribed my brother to come mow the lawn in exchange for taco ring — IT WORKED! This is when you know that a recipe is a keeper!

Taco Ring is great for week night meals when time is at a minimum, but it is also a great addition to any appetizer spread. I do a lot of entertaining so it is key for me to have a few quick and easy recipes in my back pocket in case a last minute event pops up. The Mexican flare with the cheesy filling instantly draws a crowd. Plus guests love when they can build-their-own by adding their desired toppings.
